Story
The Power Suite began when two women shared the same goal: to empower start-ups and aspiring entrepreneurs by educating them on the importance of branding for their business and providing them with collateral graphics to match their visions. Co-owners, Tia Harris and Briana Allen are based in Baltimore, MD but work with clients across the country. Hear more about why they started in the video below.

Tia Harris
DIRECTOR OF BRAND MANAGEMENT
Tia turns dreams into reality and brings visions into fruition. Born and raised in Baltimore, Tia has a unique perspective on economic development that only a hometown native with a diverse background could cultivate. When she looks at projects, she sees their fullest potential. Armed with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, she has sought out the right educational tools to further her marketing skills. She has experience executing marketing and business development strategies for companies to win highly sought after, multi-million dollar projects. Tia is a force to be reckoned with.
Her greatest strength is that she can make something out of anything. Give her a slither of an idea and watch her create an entire marketing package. Paint a partial picture and she'll paint a masterpiece. As a young millennial, Tia's professional network is expanding into startup entrepreneurship and Tia has been there to help them every step of the way. Tia Harris is the key that every project needs to unlock its true potential.
Briana Allen
DIRECTOR OF VISUAL CONSULTING
Briana is an experienced architectural and graphic designer with expertise in focusing on technical details to bring strategic precision to the graphics that she creates. She is passionate about using her skills to strengthen her community, and finds joy in the work she does with business owners through The Power Suite to elevate the look of their brand. Her goal is to work with clients to turn their ideas into something tangible, and educate them on how to use their collateral more efficiently as they grow their business.
Briana is originally from Orlando, FL but has resided in the DMV area since 2005. She is a proud graduate of Howard University where she received her Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2013 and currently works as a Design Manager with Clark Construction Group, LLC.
